Growing marketing agency seeks Digital Project Manager to be the primary contact with clients and internal staff to manage website development projects and SEO campaigns.

Job Summary:

• Be the project leader and primary client contact in managing all phases of design, development and execution of website builds and SEO campaigns.
• Build and develop strong internal teams to ensure optimal performance by providing direction, guidance, and motivation.
• Participate in the planning, design and development of project requirements, scopes of work, timelines and standard processes.
• Run web conferences with clients and internal teams, and present professionally on camera.
• Provide leadership and direction to our agency Founder on day-to-day operations.

Your Accountabilities:

• First and foremost, help create a culture of thriving employees through mentorship, coaching, and accountability.
• Manage staff, provide training and technical supervision, motivate and monitor daily progress of work performed by internal staff.
• Plan, organize, track, and schedule activities to meet both project and company goals.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, policies and systems to further streamline daily operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proactively resolve client and project conflicts and challenges to keep operations running smoothly.

Your Qualifications:

• Agency Experience: 2 Years
• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree or Related Field
• Minimum Field of Expertise: Directly related project and team management experience.
• Preferred Education: Relevant project management certification.

Job Type: Hourly, Part-Time (20 to 40 hours per week guaranteed)

Schedule: Must be available for meetings during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5) but mostly flexible.

Location: This position is fully remote. However, we are looking for applicants in the Greater Philadelphia area. Consideration may be given to applicants from surrounding areas depending on experience.
