Rise Group Inc is Hiring a Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. $85,000 commission based

Responsibilities:
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Assist and shadow experienced agents during property showings, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Learn the process of listing and marketing properties through various channels, such as online listings, social media, and print media.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials, property listings, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and changes to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • No experience required!
  • Must have or be actively working towards obtaining a real estate license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms
