Your Role:
As a Community Assistant at Oxford Village, 20 hours a week will be required as you will play a pivotal role in crafting an unparalleled living experience for our residents.
- Illuminate University and community regulations, policies, and procedures with residents, fostering a harmonious living environment.
- Exemplify leadership as a resident role model, actively encouraging engagement in our diverse educational and recreational offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to establish genuine connections with residents through thoughtful outreach initiatives.
- Spearhead innovative programs and activities tailored to meet the unique needs of our residents, continuously refining and enhancing our offerings for maximum impact.
- Serve as the welcoming face of our community, providing invaluable assistance to callers and ensuring seamless communication flow.
- Uphold Company standards of excellence by conducting daily property tours, ensuring immaculate cleanliness and irresistible curb appeal.
- Assist the Leasing Manager in streamlining application processes and maintaining a comprehensive supply inventory.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of leasing procedures, rental rates, and community amenities, positioning us as the premier choice in the rental market.
- Stay informed about competing rental properties, enabling us to continuously elevate our offerings and stand out from the crowd.
- Execute targeted marketing campaigns on campus, amplifying our community presence and attracting prospective residents.
- Cultivate a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with residents, vendors, and fellow team members, fostering a positive and inclusive community culture.
- Embrace flexibility by eagerly tackling any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our vibrant community.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading.
- Must be enrolled at the University and have a 2.7 or higher-grade point average (GPA) in the prior semester before the hire date.
- Cumulative GPA must remain 2.7 or higher for the duration of employment.
