Risbo is looking to fill a prep and line cook Position.
2 year minimum experience - PART OR FULL TIME AVAILABILITY
Brunch services: Saturday-Sunday
We are specifically looking for very strong Chefs who will have creative insight on our menu, and are looking for a position with upwards growth within the business. We are growing fast and we want to build a strong family for many years to come. 1 year minimum commitement.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of basic cuisine, YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE:
- a soup, a stew, a jus, a stock, a vinaigrette, a mayonnaise, etc…
- Ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy and efficiency.
- Multi-tasking is a must.
- High level understanding of cooking temperatures (Rotisserie Protein)
