Rippling River Resort is Hiring a Bartender Near Marquette, MI

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The majority of bartending hours are in the evening, more specifically Thursday - Sunday.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Operate the register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
