Were looking for a Senior Product Manager who is excited about leveraging crypto assets and technology to disrupt payments and bridge the gap between crypto and fiat. The Senior Product Manager on the RippleNet Receiver team is responsible for building and improving software for cross-border payments, using crypto as a bridge and crypto technologies as building blocks. This person will be working with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to define product features and capabilities and expansion opportunities. The Product Manager will be responsible for writing feature specs and working directly with the Engineering team for day-to-day development. This person will also work with expansion teams to strike new partnerships.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO:**

* Understand the needs of Payout Partners on RippleNet and what it takes to provide a best-in-class payments experience

* Understand payments, fintech and crypto markets, including market dynamics and the competitive landscape

* Prioritize, define and develop features for RippleNet; write specs and user stories, test plans, and release checklists; communicate functionality to internal and external customers and incorporate feedback in future releases

* Collaborate with the rest of the product team to ensure high-quality product experience for partners

* Communicate product releases to senior management, sales, delivery, business marketing and operations stakeholders

* Work with Customer Success, Delivery and Product Marketing to take new products and features to market

* Work with Sales and BD to conduct due diligence on new partnerships

* Minimum 6 years of professional experience and 2 years in product management

* Experience translating business and customer needs into functional and technical features

* Experience working cross-functionally to drive influence and resolve conflict

* Experience being detail-oriented while simultaneously keeping the big-picture view in mind in your past roles

* Prior experience at a fast-paced technology company
