Ripple Effect Consulting is looking to hire an Experienced Electrical BIM Designer to join our Littleton, CO office! We are seeking experienced hard-working individuals who are interested in finding their next long-term career move. If you have at least 3 years of experience with architectural drawings, are proficient in 2D and/or 3D CAD, and a passion for problem-solving, then PLEASE APPLY TODAY!

Responsibilities:

Revit Exp (Plus) PIC EXP (Plus)

Develop CAD drawings from sketches provided by engineers and design staff

Assist in the preparation of technical details with project engineer's or project manager's guidance

Develop 2D drawing extractions from 3D structural models and complete detailing and annotation

Assist in the quality checking of drafted product and conformance with drawing production standards and project-specific CAD requirements

Coordination of drawing production activities between all disciplines at the project level

Qualifications

Organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel

Passion for creativity (art, music, etc...)

Research new technologies the latest trends

Team bonding and Collaboration

Problem Solver

Computer and Hot Key Skills

Fundamental knowledge of Engineering Drawing layout, Detailing and Drafting

Working knowledge of Water, Wastewater, and Infrastructure design

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

3 years of more of Relevant Experience Required

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
