We are seeking a Program Manager to support the management of contract Personnel. Position requires expertise high-level management and leadership skills, the ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, teamwork and motivational skills, organizational and multitasking skills, ability to motivate a team to accomplish requirements, work with site leads to meet deadlines and deliverables. Responsibilities: Advise senior DoD leaders on Contract Scope of Work.
Coordinate and manage all labor category CSG and sub-contractor personnel supporting NEVIS.
Collaborate with supported Government sites and CSG Site Leads to capture new FTE requirements.
Monitor all sites and Site Leads to ensure all deliverables are being met.
Manage existing FTEs and identifies scope changes for filled or new positions.
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR,) Army Technical Representative (ATR,) Program Director (PD,) and CSG overhead staff to ensure position descriptions, job requirements, and job postings accurately reflect current needs.
Additionally, the PM -Personnel oversees all administrative actions necessary to onboard, offboard, review performance, recommend advancements, and advise the A TR and PD on all personnel matters.
Required Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience working as a Program Manager
Experience with traditional Identity Management and Cyber Identity Management
Desired Qualifications: Any type of Operational Support work experience is also a plus (IO, CI, HUMINT).
Education: Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in relevant field applicable to management and or SAT/Identity Management. Other: Work Environment Work is typically performed in an office environment, requiring the use of computer terminals and standard office equipment to accomplish work objectives.
Travel: Occasional short term CONUS travel may be required.
