Seeking a self-motivated individual to fill the role of the Resident Manager at a small senior apartment community located in Virginia Beach. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the overall operation of the property. This includes but is not limited to supervising staff, ensuring maximum occupancy of rental units, high penetration of lease renewals, and the collection of rent.  Must be self-motivated and a people-oriented person with a pleasant personality, cheerful smile and enthusiastic attitude; all qualities that enhance the Resident Manager’s ability to deal effectively with both residents and co-workers.
