As our EventProduction Manager, you will plan and oversee event production and technical operations for a wide range of sporting events, concerts, family shows, and conventions held at the Rose Quarter. This role is responsible for planning venue setup configuration and scheduling and managing labor to maximize the event results for our clients while maintaining a safe and fun environment for our guests and staff. We’d like to hear from you if you: - Have at least 3-4 years of related work experience - Hold Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Auto CAD. - Must be comfortable with heights - Have a general understanding of IT & AV systems and troubleshooting - Have proven track record to make critical decisions quickly in a high-paced environment. - Are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Have an aptitude to learn, understand and operate various software interfaces.

• Have some knowledge of stage language and can read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, and other related materials - Knowledge of sports and entertainment event management and/or event operations. - Ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as events dictate. - Preferred: some rigging knowledge including fall protection/ life safety requirements Offers of employment are conditional upon proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approval of a medical or religious exemption and accommodation from the company and the results of a background investigation. • Be a knowledgeable point of contact for event production personnel. - Evaluate rig plots for events or obtain structural analysis when needed from Structural Engineer and enforce the bridlel plan. - Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality service in the technical and labor aspects of their event production. - Responsible for coordinating and supervising stagehand labor per event or maintenance needs.
• Prepare detailed event labor and/or equipment estimates and final invoices/payroll for each event. - Provide game day technical support for both game and auxiliary functions. - Maintain selected facility electronic systems including sound, timing, scoring, radio re-transmission, and displays. - Track budget expenses and manage stagehand payroll.
• Manage and/or perform preventative maintenance on all Production equipment.
