Rio Vista Post Acute is currently seeking passionate Licensed Practical Nurses / LPN's for our skilled nursing facility! We’re looking for hardworking, detail oriented, compassionate, culturally impactful and self-motivated professionals!
Currently, we have overnight positions available. The shift is 6p to 6:30a. We offer bonuses for picking up extra shifts!

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit integrity, honesty, a positive attitude, and be knowledgeable of residents’ rights
- Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Supervise and support CNA team members
- Administer injections, prescribed medications, etc.
- Communicate with the multidisciplinary team about your residents needs and chart accurately on assigned residents
