Immanuel Campus of Care is looking to hire reliable and talented Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Nursing Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working as an LPN for a Skilled Nursing facility and loves being a nurse.

*Job Duties*
* Regulate and adjust medication and treatments per consultations with physician.
* Complete any documentation and charting daily for residents.
* Assist with direct resident care as needed.
* Act as an advocate for the residents when indicated.
* Provide care in privacy, and that residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
* Perform diagnostic tests as ordered by the physician.
* Arrange medical transport per policy.
* Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
* Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure the resident's total regimen of care is maintained.
* Assist with the ongoing therapeutic management of stable long-term health issues in the chronically ill elderly.
*Knowledge / Skills / Abilities*
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
* Ability to respond appropriately to diverse resident needs.
* Knowledge of proper Infection Control Procedures.
* Ability to multi-task in a high stress and fast-paced environment.
* Ability to perform physical demands of the job, such as assisting residents' movement.
*Employment Requirements*
* Arizona LPN license
* AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
* Current 2-step TB test (available on-site)
* Current Hands-on CPR/AED Certification for Healthcare Professionals
*Shift Available*
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position working in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
_FULL TIME SHIFTS:_
6:00AM-6:30PM, alternating weekends
10:00PM - 6:30AM, alternating weekends
_PART TIME SHIFTS:_
Weekends only, Saturday & Sunday
Salary
$29.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
