Job Description:

As a bartender at Right ON PTS, you will be a key member of the team responsible for serving a wide range of drinks, crafting unique cocktails and ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional and friendly customer service, engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering beverage recommendations when needed.

• Mixology: Craft signature cocktails and beverages, demonstrating creativity and expertise to enhance the guest experience.

• Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and glassware are cleaned and sanitized regularly.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking supplies, and communicating with management when additional inventory is needed.

• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all state and local alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and refusing service to guests who may be intoxicated.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other bar staff and restaurant team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, but we are open to hiring enthusiastic candidates with no prior experience who are willing to learn.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and mixing techniques.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
