Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage staffing needs for the organization
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Manage social media platforms to attract potential candidates and promote job openings
- Communicate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct research on employment labor laws to ensure compliance in hiring practices
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track candidate information and progress
- Negotiate offers and terms of employment with candidates

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in staffing coordination or related HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
