Purpose of Your Job Position-Staffing

The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department through generation, management and revision of the master schedules while making adjustments for planned and un-planned leaves of absence, call-ins, and unplanned events, to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.

Purpose of Your Job Position- Central

The primary purpose of your job is planning and directing the procurement and distribution of supplies.

Delegation of Authority

As the Central Supply Clerk, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
