Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In-Home Care Provider to join our team in Broken Bow, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a passion for care and the willingness to make a significant difference in the lives of our clients. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
    Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
    Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
    Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
    Facilitate client engagement in physical activities and social interactions based on their capabilities and interests.
    Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility and transportation needs.
    Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs to the care team.
    Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
    Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is highly desirable.
    A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
