Job Description :

As an In-Home Care Professional, you will provide non-medical support and care to our clients in their homes. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, offering them companionship, and assisting with daily living activities.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities that enrich the lives of our clients.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed.
• Maintain open communication with families and the care team regarding the client's health and well-being.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the safety and security of our clients.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• A compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
