Experience Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in plumbing, carpentry, and/or electrical
• Own all applicable tools
• Have a valid driver's license

Compensation:

• Base pay: $25-$30/hr plus commissions on revenue generated after the first 90 days.
• Pay based on experience, skill, efficiency, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities & Expectations:

Completing the initial on-site visit, diagnosing the problem, coming up with a solution, estimating the project, presenting the estimate to the client, acquiring all needed materials, tools, and equipment, completing the project, ensuring the client is completely satisfied, closing out the job and performing any warranty work that may arise.

Most jobs are small to mid-sized home improvement and renovation jobs.

For example, changing a faucet, installing a ceiling fan, refinishing or building a deck, or updating a bathroom. We currently offer three trades, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. It’s not required to know all of these but knowing one well and having basic knowledge of the others would be great.
