The Production Coordinator will work closely with the Sourcing and Production team and support the entire product development process from design ideation to development and mass production.

This position is responsible in providing accurate and punctual updates and to ensure ease of flow from development to product launch.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Sourcing and Production team with managing the end-to-end product development and production process.
• Tracks and follows up on all assigned projects.
• Ensures development, production and seasonal milestones are being met, encompassing: Creative deadline, sample ready and approval date, SKU number creation, quantity projection, PO issuance, FOB date and delivery date.
• Generate and maintain master costing sheet and review weekly with Sourcing and Production team.
• Work closely with logistics and calculate landed cost and margin for the assigned product group.
• Procure, review and assess new cost quotes, analyze history and elevate costing challenges to supervisor for costing options/ negotiations.
• Generate purchase orders in SAP. Open and manage POs.
• Track weekly production status with each supplier.
• Log all POs and work with accounting to track and process deposit / balance payments.

What You Have

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Associate's Degree required.
• Strong organizational skills. Detail oriented. Exceptional skills in Excel.
• Positive and outgoing with a solution-oriented attitude.
• Excellent time management skills, self-sufficiency and ability to adapt as needed.
• Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
