Member Service Representative

Immediate opening for our evening and weekend shifts.

The Member Service Representative is responsible for meeting the needs of Y members, guests and program participants for the express purposes of making each visit to the Y a welcoming, inclusive and a positive experience. Sell membership and programs to current or prospective member. This position is the main point of contact for the entire membership base.

• Greet members and guests as they enter the building
• Answer phones and questions relating to membership, programming and the Y
• Enroll and register individuals in membership and programming
• Give cause driven tours to prospective members

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.13 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: .5 – 7.5 per week

Schedule:

• Rotating weekends

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
