Behind our terrific counselors are supportive directors! Be the face of Camp Woods as the leader of one of our age groups: our 8-14 year olds. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, communicating with parents, executing schedules, and being your groups overall point person. Directors are expected to make decisions using good judgement, be organized, address camper behavioral needs and collaborate with fellow staff! We’re a team at the Ridgewood YMCA and if you’d like to join us, apply NOW!

Day Camp is in session from June 24th to August 16th, and we ask that all applicants provide school/college start dates and any vacations during that time.
