ridemedtrust is Hiring an AP-Office Manager Near Charleston, SC

AP/Office Manager

Review invoices for accuracy. Code and enter into Concur.Direct invoices to proper manager for approval. Follow up if necessary.

Generate check run in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (accounting system), create the positive pay file and upload to bank. Prepare and process other payments via methods such as credit card payments or ACH transactions. 

Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies. Research and resolve invoice/PO issues ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos, or purchase order amendments.

Research and resolve any outstanding balances on Vendor accounts, including telephone, mail, or email communications.

Assist in annual update for business licenses by preparing assigned reports or providing documentation as directed.

Assist Fleet Manager in truck registration renewals and license plating.Visit DMV to register new vehicles with Berkeley County.

Assist receptionist with ordering or preparing when special meetings occur with out-of-town guests.

Position reports to the Controller.

  • 5 years of Accounts Payable (AP) Experience
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent data entry, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance as this is on-site only.
  • Mature attitude and Pride in work.

· Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Pay range is $48K - $52K DOE
