Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide software application support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide accurate and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service experience and make recommendations for process enhancements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of CRM software 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
