RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, explaining products and product prices and answering customer information about products
• To develop and increase sales to all the existing accounts and be able to cold call and prospect new business
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all existing and prospective customers
• Meet and exceed deadlines set and provide information on time i.e., sales, new accounts, weekly call reports etc.
• Correspond with Sales departments and shipping team to provide/ exchange up-to-date information
• Be knowledgeable of entire product ranges and any upcoming seasonal promotion changes
• Carry out individual project work to improve current working process

QUALIFICATIONS

• College’s degree preferred, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• 2 to 4 years experience of Account / Sales would be an advantage.
• Interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to customer communication.
• Good written and verbal communcation skills
