Description

BrandPoint Services is looking for an organized, energetic Job Site Supervisor. BrandPoint Services is a national general contracting and project management firm. BrandPoint Services manages retail/commercial construction projects all over North America. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience running retail/commercial construction projects, possess strong communication and conflict resolution skills, and be technologically skilled. 

Additional requirements:

· Must be proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications and interpreting. The JSS may be involved in the bidding and estimating process.

· Experience in liaison with Client’s, Architects, City Officials and Trades

· Must have good scheduling skills and understand time deadlines.

· Must have good organizational skills and can create daily update reports.

· Must have good knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements.

· Experienced in keeping a clean job site.

· Experienced in organizing and scheduling multi trade projects. 

· Being able to use Smartsheets, excel and the Google platform is a plus.

The JSS is responsible for running their job sites, coordinating with BPS home office Project Managers, coordinating with subcontractors, purchasing/coordinating the purchase of required materials, tracking job progress, both financially and on schedule, and for handling local customer communications. Must be able to pass drug test and background checks.
