Home Solutions of Iowa located in Waukee, is growing and has openings on our multifaceted Construction Team! We are looking for great attitudes and hard working individuals who want to begin their skilled-trades career here!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Roofing job sites under subcontractor labor
- Perform labor work in areas of roof repairs and construction
- Order and gather materials as needed
- Haul and dump trailers as needed
- Completes jobs and documentations in a timely manner
- Perform shop work and maintenance duties as needed
- Responsible for workmanship of all products and services provided
- Assist with other departments as needed outside of roofing season
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License REQUIRED
- Clean driving history with no major violations in the past 5 years (REQUIRED)
- Comfortable with heights and getting on/off ladders
- Ability to lift and/or move 50lbs on a regular basis
- At least one year of roofing experience
