Responsibilities of the HR Manager

• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate recruitment and onboarding procedures.
• Manage the enrollment and eligibility processes for new hires, qualifying life events, and yearly open enrollment periods.
• Deliver clear and comprehensive information about benefits to employees, providing support and guidance on plan details, coverage options, and updates.
• Stay abreast of pertinent laws and regulations to ensure compliance with benefits programs.
• Contribute to company-wide training and development initiatives.
• Assist in compiling and submitting necessary reports and analytics.
• Formulate and execute HR protocols.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding benefits, acting as a central point of contact for issue resolution and clarification.

Requirements of the HR Manager

• At least 5 years of experience in a human resources role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations about employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
