We are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:We are looking for a lead Maintenance Technician with strong plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills. Responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment including appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing. Maintains and improves operating condition, quality, and integrity of all building systems and building appearances. Construction skills a plus. Must be able to do make readies on vacant apartments.
Education and Work Experience Requirements
- Three (3) years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- HVAC and/or EPA certification required.
- Previous multifamily and residential experience preferred.
- Driver's License (Required) also must have a good driving record
- Background Screening and Drug Test Required
