rEvolution is on the hunt for a talented, dynamic Associate Creative Director, Copy. In this role, reporting to the Senior Creative Director, you’ll oversee the work of Art Directors and Copywriters, interpret briefs, lead creative kickoffs, spearhead brainstorms, and craft inspiring work. You’ll be tasked with developing and presenting creative work to clients, and work collaboratively to elevate rEvolution’s creativity.

You Will

• Partner with the Creative Directors and broader team to concept and refine ideas across media
• Review the work of Art Directors and Copywriters to direct and improve their efforts
• Interpret briefs to discover insights and foundations for creative development
• Lead creative kick-off meetings with account and strategy partners; provide direction to the team on roles and deliverables; drive inspiration and clarity
• Spearhead creative brainstorms and provide input on concepting ideas based on knowledge of current trends, pop culture, and brand goals
• Generate original ideas, deliver constructive critique, and foster a culture of collaboration and team building
• Develop and present creative work with confidence
• Professionally represent rEvolution in the marketplace

You Have

• 7-10 years of experience working full-time within marketing at a creative agency
• Portfolio of produced work: concept write-ups, sponsorship/partnership campaigns, broadcast and video scripts, experiential activations, social media, and beyond
• Vivid copywriting skills, flawless grammar, and compelling ideas
• Comfort, confidence, and experience presenting creative work
• Passion and enthusiasm for sports, culture, and media
• Willingness to travel on occasion

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach
