rEvolution is seeking a Senior Project Manager . Reporting to the PMO Lead, you will manage the workflow between the account management team and the various integrated services teams within rEvolution.

You Will:

• Assist in the evolution of global Project Management best practices, while adopting and enforcing One rEvolution processes globally with a primary focus on the US.
• Consistently and effectively plan, resource, execute, and otherwise manage cross-functional teams on projects that are high quality, profitable, and delivered on time.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget by managing against project plans/schedules/timelines and defined budgets – all of which are subject to updates based upon tangible changes impacting the delivery of work.
• Monitor and report upon project progress and budget usage (in relation to approved staffing plan).
• Partner with Account Management to facilitate regular process and status meetings, set and manage client expectations, and build project forecasts.
• Partner with Finance to ensure projects are properly estimated and maintain profitability throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Coordinate efforts between segments, Global Resource Management, and HR.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-8 years of project management experience in an agency.
• Great facilitation skills and the ability to build bridges between teams and people.
• Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines, and internal resourcing.

This hybrid role is based in our fabulous Chicago office, but has a global reach.
