Revolution Industrial is currently seeking a Senior Level Electrical Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in successfully managing electrical projects with contract values over $60 Million. This position is initially a field assignment. Anticipated construction complete, July 2025. The Project Manager is directly accountable for safety, financial performance, and team development on site. The Electrical Project Manager will lead the project team in the construction effort for the entire electrical scope. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the General Contractor, Owner, Engineers and other Revolution Industrial partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Electrical leader on projects.
• Assist in developing project schedule, site logistics plan, and change order proposals.
• Provide value alternates during the pre-construction phase.
• Maintain thorough understanding of the contract of supply, current status and forecast.
• Oversee the pay request process, job cost report, and total cost projection reports.
• Ensure project quality and effective implementation of safety.
• Train and monitor progress of project labor and staff.
• Review, approve, negotiate, and follow up on material and equipment needs.
• Develop, schedule, and lead project close-out processes.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and owners.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical construction principles/ practices required.
• 8 years of experience in managing electrical construction projects.
• Experience dealing with self-perform work and subcontractors.
• Experience leading successful project teams, including development of employees and maintaining relationships with internal and external entities.
• Excellent organizational, team management, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
• Proficient in all Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Project.
• Working knowledge of National Electric Code and other building codes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to take on multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to manage different project teams, personalities, and project needs.
• Excellent work ethic and Take Ownership Mentality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
