Revise Clothing/Vanilla Star Jeans is Hiring a Production Coordinator Near New York, NY
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Garment Production Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
-Interact with interdepartmental colleagues to address issues/concerns from pre-production through product delivery to our DC.
-Cross check production PO (purchase order/cut ticket) vs. sales buy sheet & production tech pack.
- Work directly with vendor to establish T&A calendar and responsible for maintaining records and WIP report.
- Daily follow up on pre-production to ensure all items for approval are submitted in a timely manner.
- Follow all testing procedures on fabric, yarns, trims, and finished garments.
- Troubleshoot all pre-production & production issues and monitor deliveries, includes approval of each shipment and review documents.
- Partner with QA staff to ensure product inspections are passed.
- Ownership of vendor compliance- instruct and provide final packing guidance (pre-production/carton marking) to vendors to prevent errors, including review and approval of labels/tag/UPC, etc.
- Follow up final shipping- timely booking/documentation follow up- review packing list and address any qty or pre-pack discrepancy.
- Assist on any post-production issues (shortages, chargebacks, returns and/or cancelations caused by vendors).
Experience:
- Previous experience in garment production required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
