This full-time position based in New York City is responsible for supporting the execution of national event programs for an award-winning Spirits portfolio of brands.
Working closely with the team of Production Supervisors, you will:
Support all facets of day-to-day event planning and execution, attend weekly status meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders
Manage inputs for status meeting agendas and recaps with all production items
Manage development of production workback timelines to keep program development on pace
Craft program materials including venue decks, décor decks, activation plans, run of shows, and production budgets
Own deliverable trackers for the production team
Inventory management of production storage
Process invoices for external vendors to help manage budget expenses
Manage actuals tracking on production budgets
Assist with program evaluation and reporting
Travel to events as needed to help with event load-in, execution, and breakdown
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior event experience in an agency or brand environment is preferred
Exceptional communication and organizational skills a must with a keen eye for detail
Proficient (as in not a beginner) in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Can own projects autonomously and take pride in the work you create and share
Have strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills
Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks
Be a self-starter, outgoing, problem solver
Ability to travel (up to 25% of the time)
