Must be able to come to the McKinney office Monday-Friday. We are not offering remote work currently.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

As a Tech Receptionist , you will provide top-shelf customer service to all clients, handle inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails while working with the Leadership team to share insights for efficiency, productivity and improving our customer experience.
