Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm and inviting welcome to patients at Edge Dental Designs.
• Manage incoming calls with enthusiasm, providing information, and scheduling appointments with a friendly touch.
• Efficiently coordinate the appointment calendar, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
• Cultivate a positive and inviting atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring a unique and comfortable patient experience.
• Verify and update patient information, including insurance details, with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist patients with any questions regarding dental procedures, fees, or insurance coverage.
• Handle billing and insurance claims with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office or medical setting is preferred.
• Energetic and positive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using dental software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing procedures, and coding.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
