About the Role: The UI/UX Developer will be instrumental in crafting user interfaces that are both visually compelling and functionally effective. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, the candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our design initiatives, ensuring that our digital products resonate with users and stand out in the marketplace.
Responsibilities For This Position IncludeDesign and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent across web and mobile platforms.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design solutions.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and assess user feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
Oversee the design process from conception to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering teams.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.
Skills NeededAt least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and user experience strategies.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, with an emphasis on creating responsive designs.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
