Room to get promoted to Program Support Assistant, and then Portfolio Support Coordinator. **Job Description: Portfolio Support Coordinator**
**Position Overview:**

**Responsibilities:**
1. **Program Coordination:**
- Collaborate with portfolio company teams to understand program objectives and timelines.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives and programs.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across different programs.
2. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage clerical tasks, including email correspondence, document organization, and scheduling.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to portfolio programs.
- Prepare and distribute relevant materials for program-related activities.
3. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program-related data and key performance indicators.
- Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into program effectiveness.
4. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Work closely with teams across the venture fund and portfolio companies to facilitate seamless program integration.
- Act as a liaison between different stakeholders, fostering collaboration and information exchange.
5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of program management practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative or program coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with private equity or similar financial environments is a plus.
- Proficient in office productivity software and data management tools.
**Education and Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in program management or administration are advantageous.
**Pay Rate:**
The compensation for this entry-level position is in the range of $9 to $12.50 per hour.
**Mandatory Internship/Probation Period:**
