Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our Rumble Team! As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our studio. If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in the group fitness and/or health and wellness industry, we want to hear from you!

Duties:
The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties will be assigned.

· Contact new leads within 24 hours to schedule Rumble Boxing class.

· Set up and host Rumble-inspired events to engage the current pre-sales and to get the word out on the studio’s opening.

· Assist in coach auditions and onboarding.

· Interview and hire budgeted front desk sales team

· Enroll prospects on a membership or package and maintain an 18% conversion rate.

· Ensure all customers have paid, are billed for "late-cancel" or "no-show.”

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio. The studio is professionally cleaned on Sunday’s but must be cleaned by you and your staff Mon – Sat.

· Enforce Rumble Boxing policies, procedures, and brand standards.

· Execute a high level of customer service to all members and guests. “Welcome to Rumble!”

· Hire, train, and manage the sales performance of the staff.

· Be proficient with ClubReady/ClubReady Connect and other studio management systems.

· Schedule and participate in networking/community events in a professional manner. Minimum of 2 in studio events and 2 external events per studio per month

· Manage the marketing calendar for digital and print advertising.

· Meet and/or exceed monthly growth and retention goals.

· Conduct 1 on 1 coaching with each sales team member and team lead weekly.

· Attend 1-2 classes per week and provide feedback to the coaching team for quality control and optimal guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,361.79 - $59,446.45 per year
