Pita Fusion is seeking a hands-on and proactive General Manager to lead our team. As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving the success of our restaurant.

Pita Fusion is a Texas-inspired, fast casual Mediterranean restaurant with 15 years of providing exceptional customer service to the Austin area. We take care of our employees, and in return, our employees take care of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, motivation, and professional development among the staff.
• Train and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our high standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, improve profitability, and achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to plan and execute promotional activities and community outreach initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry or similar customer service roles.
• 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating effective leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
