Summary: The Sales Support Representative works closely with the sales, operations and accounting to effectively process orders, monitor orders and correctly and timely invoice orders.

Essential Job Duties

• Enter Sales and Purchase Orders.
• Interact with Sales Department and Operations.
• Invoicing of Orders, interacting with Accounts Receivable.
• Receiving of Purchase Orders (audits) and interacting with Sales Department and Operations if/when discrepancies.
• Ordering parts – needs basis.
• Work with Shipping companies, coordinating with Operations.
• Interacting with Customers – take orders, handle issues, concerns.
• Interacting with Operations on inventory discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of Customer Service experience

Supervisory Accountability: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets.

Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job). This is a sedentary role; however, some standing/walking is required. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time and work on a computer. Continually required to talk and hear. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am 5 pm. As an exempt position, additional time may be required to complete job duties.

Travel: No travel is required for this position.
