**Must live in the Raleigh Area. But this job can be partially remote**
As an
Administrative Assistant , You would be responsible for a wide range of duties to include but are not limited to:
*Onboarding of new clients, including scheduling appointments, and following up on projects at various stages.
*Answering incoming calls and being the friendly voice of the company.
*Data Entry using various industry software and client portals.
*Preparing estimates to send to customers
*Preparing invoicing documents for customer and insurance companies.
*Professional communication and follow-up via email and phone.
*Invoice collection and documenting payments
*Working to support the GM and Project Managers during project life cycles.
*Must be dependable, professional and able to work independently.
*Must be comfortable and confident speaking on the phone and writing emails.
*Light bookkeeping using QuickBooks for payment entry, estimates and invoicing.
Job Type: Part-time
