PART TIME Assistant Store Manager (Store #6003 - Raleigh, NC) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and takes delight in finding great solutions for problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including: leasing storage & parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

This is a part time position working, on average, approximately 24 hours per week, flexible.

Part Time Assistant Store Manager Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Rental of storage units
• Preparing rental agreements
• Handling financial transactions and banking activities
• Maintaining a working knowledge of all product and services
• Maintaining general curb appeal
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
