The Franchise Onboarding Director works directly with the Scoop Brother franchisees to efficiently complete onboarding tasks and daily operations throughout our onboarding process. This position must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, be extremely organized, and have the urgency to meet corporate deadlines.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administration, project management, account management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of franchisees
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Good technology skills, eagerness to learn, and basic business acumen
Responsibilities:
  • This role involves close collaboration with multiple departments, including training, operations, marketing, and finance, to provide a holistic support system for our new franchisees
  • Conduct initial orientation sessions with new franchisees, introducing them to our business model, culture, expectations, and systems
  • Coordinate training programs, by providing an agenda, ensuring food is ordered, making reservations for large parties of people for events
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, from contract signing through to the corporate training, ensuring timelines are met and any obstacles are swiftly addressed
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to new franchisees, including documentation management, technology help, performance monitoring, and marketing setup help
  • Foster strong relationships with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact for queries and support during the onboarding and business launch phase
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the onboarding process based on franchisee feedback and performance data
