Responsibilities:

• As an ERC, you are responsible for assessing fire damage, explaining the restoration process, and answering any questions the property owner has.
• As an ERC, you are a professional representation of the company's mission and values but you must be compassionate and considerate of the customer's situation.
• As an ERC, you are to focus on customer care, providing assistance, guidance, and resources, while securing project opportunities for emergency restoration services. 
• As an ERC, you will collaborate directly with local emergency response agencies and private entities to support the overall mission.
• Coordinate emergency response crews.
• Develop relationships with the fire and rescue community and insurance adjusters and agents.
