We are looking two Administrative Assistants to join our practice. We have been in practice for a combined 60 years and are one of the top Financial Planning offices in the nation.

Desired skills and duties:

● High degree of professionalism

● Must be computer proficient with high use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office suite and internal systems

● Client scheduling and follow up

● Processing of client paperwork (new accounts, updates, etc)

● Gathering data for Financial Plans

● Working with active spreadsheet for order flow, client meetings, and Financial Planning reviews

● Able to work independently at times

● Comfortable on the phone with internal partners

● Prepare client reports for reviews and meetings

● Transcribing meeting notes to our CRM

● Answering phones and filing as needed

● Assistance onboarding new staff
