RESSCO is Hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor Near Southfield, MI
RESSCO is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our RESSCO team which has more than 50 years of combined experience involving multi-million dollar real estate transactions, equity investments and development/construction projects. Compensation: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 depending on experience and business acumen
Primary Functions:
- Lead Negotiator with vendors on all billing disputes
- Manage timely approvals of invoices and payments.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of Accounts Payable activities
- Review and maintain Accounts Payable processes and procedures
- Responsible for maintaining internal controls for all Accounts Payable activities
- Responsible for vendor maintenance
- Negotiate the best price and terms with contractors and vendors on behalf of the company
- Manage inquiries from vendors & residents to appropriate staff.
- Perform other duties and assignments as prescribed by Senior Staff.
Experience and Skills:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in A/P
- Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly proficient utilizing Property Management software.
- Problem solving skills.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service related field experience.
