Responsibilities

Greet visitors, determine their needs, check appointments, and direct visitors to proper person.

Take potential client information for quoting.

Answer telephone calls and refer to the proper person or office.

Process online policy documents from carriers.

Process Certificates of Insurance.

Developing and maintaining our strong customer relationships

Communicate expectations (both internal and external) in tandem to produce successful customer.

Maintain and develop customer relationships with consistent positive communication.

Cross-sell to meet additional insurance needs.

Process customer policy change requests.

Explain complex concepts in understandable ways.

Problem-solve solutions for customer issues.

Research opportunities for customer savings.

Requirements

4-40 or 2-20 insurance licenses IS required.

Insurance Customer Service experience.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, be intuitive, be proactive.

Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up.

Attention to detail and multitasking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable speaking on the phone.

Professional email and telephone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
