Respitec Medical Care & Equipment is seeking a motivated, efficient, prompt, friendly bilingual individual for the front desk position. This position is an entry level position.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients coming in for appointments and notify appropriate staff of patients arrival
• Assist patients walking in to pick up supplies and obtain payment/paperwork necessary
• Answer phone calls and assist or direct them to correct department/staff to ensure they are taken care of
• Utilize computer to document patient interactions
• Keep track of paperwork and turn in daily to appropriate staff

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check is required
• Bilingual required
• Previous DME experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
