Requirements:

• 7 years of IT project management and financial systems infrastructure experience.
• Proficiency in PMP Certification.
• Experience with PALM system implementation.
• Experience in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with FLAIR or other financial system technologies.
• Experience in Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation and integration of PALM with minimal downtime.
• Proficiency in developing project management plans and directing all project work.
• Experience in defining and managing project scope and requirements.
• Experience with planning and monitoring project schedules and progress.
• Experience in planning and managing project budgets and procurements.
• Experience with planning quality management and controlling deliverables.
• Perform risk management, including planning and implementing mitigation strategies.
