Come join our team as Security for the Facility, at Resource Treatment Center! Resource Treatment Center is an Inpatient facility for Adolescents between 11 and 21 years old. Treating Mental and Behavioral Health. Our patients live in the facility for up to a year, and We are looking for an experienced security guard to monitor the facility, log in vehicles coming and going and aide with any security needs.

Schedule: Full time/ 10 Hour Shift/ Wed. Thurs, Fri, & Sat. 8am- 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist, direct and monitor all persons entering and leaving the facility property.
• Keep accurate log books, as required.
• Direct emergency personnel arriving on facility property and maintain flow of traffic during emergencies, such as fire drills.
• Communicate incoming admissions, visits and deliveries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor parking area to ensure that no loitering or misconduct takes place, monitor lobby area and do frequent sweeps of the entire facility.
• Interact with staff and patients in a professional manner at all times.
• Report any suspicious behavior to the CEO, supervisor or a member Of leadership.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years’ experience in security, corrections or military.
• Experience in an Inpatient facility preferred

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
